one of those days
today was one of those days where it might've been better just hiding under the covers.
started of pretty okay really. standard 0532 wake up call with 5min snooze, spending time just enjoying His presence, brekkie and off to work! tat's where the drama began. i receive a note entitled 'hello freaky darlings...' omg. turns out to be one of my freaky friends who has written to inform me one of my fav clients died on sunday. i really liked this client cos she was always so happy to see me and was always encouraging regarding everything. she was pretty old (91) but quite healthy and very lucid. as i treated her for back pain, she would tell me stories of her travels and we'd trade human-relations-experience. anyway, she suffered a massive stroke and bam, she was gone. just like that. thinking about it still makes my heart ache. i realise how i never actually felt anything over a clients death before. but g was special. felt so numb the whole day.
soon after the aide wanted a piece of me. then the bosses. then the claims for treatment for g (cos she was not around to sign the forms) was extra stress. then another lady fell over and then when i came back i realised my blog thing couldn't display? haha twas just one stupid thing after another. but i'm glad it's more or less settled now. and may my lady g rest in the joy and peace of our heavenly Father. goodbye my friend, i'm definitely going to miss you :)
