so, i've been watching a little of the olympics! and i get all choked up when i see the look of pure elation upon winning a gold medal! and it makes me think-- are we all destined for greatness?

i've been told since my tEenagE yRs tat i was. haha but look where i'm at now? if... if i were still like this and 40 i'd be pretty disappointed. honestly. and looking at some people, i wonder if they're disappointed at where life (or they themselves) has taken them... hmm...

those you know me know i'm not particularly patriotic but tongue in cheek, happy belated national day.

wat a draggy stARta e week it was! quick highlights: midwEek my CNC took me out for a 1.5hr 'teabreak' haha! sshh, don't tell the big boss! :) we'd a good chat tho! hahaa and i danced at the ekka yesterday! the ekka's like the perth royal show except it's in brissy? so it's like e brisbane expo/exhibition or something! haha oOh did you know we also get a public holiday cos of it? :) it's this wednesday and it's called 'peoples day!' ;) muAHahaha

also yesterday, a stab at modelling which in itself was an experience not to be repeated, national day celebrations and an attempt to catch the national day parade-- which failed quite miserably might i add! ;) haha ooh but to make up for tat, we'd durians today! muAHahahA how 'patriotic' am i? ;) hAHahAa plus can u remember the pledge in chinese? cos i can! hAh-hAh-hAh, in your face mr jAe!

this is the reason why i don't like physics:

firstly, why would i be timing the sunset when i'd probably be marveling at it's magnificence? secondly, wat in the world has tat timing gotta do with the radius of the earth? *pouts. if all the GAMSAT questions are like tat, i dun think i'd make it very far...

big bouta bad luck

so the middle of this week has sorta been a chocka bad luck. tues saw me getting hit (albeit by accident) on the jaw, ribs and arms resulting in some significant bruising. wed my car got towed. and thurs i got chided for wearing brown, not blue pants to work-- which incidentally no one told me about beforehand.

but God is good. the bigboutabadluck is over now and... i'd a really good chillax saturday! ;) went to the brisbane markets and aNd AND!!! guess wat fruit we found?! ;) hAHhaHAaa finally, something briSsy has tAt pErth doEsn't-- besideS me tAt is.. :) hAHa
