exactly one month

heh check it out! ;) one month ago i posted something here from brisbane. flown to osaka and now am back posting again in brissy! :) o what a great experience! you can read more on sharinjap.blogspot.com :)

how good is the weather. how great the food. how awesome the people. and how absolutely magnificent that God is as present in Japan as He is in Singapore or Brisbane, Kathmandu or Siligiru. :) How absolutely mind-blowing an omnipotent omnipresent God is. :)

call me. text me. ask me what i learnt! so much so much to share.

presently awaiting the birthday celebrations of my God and King. :) am going to be 'alone' in Brissy over this festive period but there's so much happening it's not too lonely I guess.

Please keep me in check:::
this is what I endeavour to do next year. must pray about it more too :) :

- finish studying for GAMSAT.
--> apply for a course that will help discipline me as necessary
--> set a timetable and really do it.

- continue Japanese studies
--> either private tuition with a Jap teacher
--> or a course level 3 if time allows

- Participate in Chinese Bible Study Group

- Participate in Japanese Church
--> option of weekly Sunday noons or monthly prayer meeting

- Ministry in Church
--> Mission coordinator role and part of the working committee
--> Sunday School
--> Morning Tea
--> Cell group (YF/CLAY)

- Be Disciplined in Bible Reading AND PRAYING (of which i have been seriously slack esp late this year)
--> Have embarked on character study of Jonah

- Write 20 letters
- Make 20 new friends
- Share the gospel 20 times
- Read 20 books
- Shed 20 kilograms! HAhaHAHA no.. maybe just 10 will do me well. 10 kilos
--> so exercises... swimming, running. hopefully with g here we'll motivate each other more
--> maybe take up tennis on thurs again or do class again. IF AND WHEN my stupid ankle decides to stop hurting! ;d

- Next year I would really like to meet some really awesome man of God, get married and live happily ever after. If not, I'd like to really understand like epignosis-ically that God is my all in all and all sufficient :) which I already know but maybe just have to know more. and you know wat? I have a feeling next year is gonna be a good good year. :) 2010!
