passedays
found: a joy everlasting.
it's funny how merely one.five years ago i couldn't even look at some photos without welling up and now i can laugh at how stupid/blinded i was and realise how undeserving we all are really.
i thank God that he was faithful and gentle in teaching and encouraging me back to him. and for giving me joy. and happiness! :) (found happypants! :))
also reading about persecuted christians really stirs me to think. why is it that some people who are getting murdered because of Christ are able to stand firm and hold fast whilst other people do not even want to know him, settling for mediocre alternatives that will never satisfy? have i really found something worth dying for and am i really living for him with my life? or am i only professing to...
i don't know. i want to sincerely say that i am but i reckon my life speaks louder. i hope i'm shining even if it's but a flicker for the one who loves me most. and i pray it's his light that's shining and not some fake alternative i'm mistaking to be it.
anyway, have you found something you would die for? and are you living for it at the moment? i hope so. really.
O.A.N., this weekend was bombarded with heaps of activities and drama! ycpf meeting fri nite, sat: qtc breakfast meeting, staceys 3rd bdayAy, frendrama, christmas in july party, morning tea making. sun: drama acting and ic for morntea and then also helping in sunschool and now finally a breather. hoping to head out for a run soon. :) my life is packed and i like it tat way. but perhaps, like tmg says, perhaps it's all too much. so anyhow, thats why i'm having some downtime with God instead of hanging with 'em in ikea or ron&gang in redcliff. yawwn, i feel so tired. let me show you some photos:
